Bernard baking in the Avoca Kitchen. Bernard Careil is the French pastry chef behind Flying Food Company and Ludo's Gourmet Kitchen; with over 35 years in the business, in France and Australia, Bernard really knows how to create that special cake.

Bernard and his wife Kerrie are well known on the Central Coast having opened the first French Patisserie which was called Le Tartlette.

The Flying Food Co has forged its reputation on producing sumptous tasting products, using only the finest ingredience possible.

They are committed to customer service offering delivery six days a week and can accomodate those last minute  orders.

Bernard can also offer personal consultation with your chef  to create cakes and desserts to suit your menu.
